Worried about your appliances during storms? Our small, three-prong plug-in transient surge protector 1-1/2" x 1-1/4" x 1" (with no female end) plugs into a single outlet, whether on an outlet strip or an outlet receptacle. It turns the entire receptacle into a surge protector, and protects your wiring from high-voltage spikes. It works by directing the surge through itself and away from your valuables. It has an indicator LED and is fuse protected but, again, has no outlets on it. A very handy item. UL listed.

Wanna Toggle?
The correct answer is "I don't know; I've never toggled." If, however, you just want to turn something on and off, here's a choice of toggles for your switching delectation. The DPDT toggle is rated for up to 20A at 125VAC and has screw terminals below. Measures 1-1/4" x 1-3/4". No center-off position. The first DPST toggle is rated for 20A at 125VAC or 15A at 250VAC. Screw terminals on the bottom. Measures 1-5/16" x 3/4". The smaller DPST toggle is rated for up to 4A at 125VAC or 2A at 250VAC. Has 3/16" spade terminals on the bottom and measures 1" X 9/16". All the toggles come with switch-plates and mounting nuts.

Rather Switch Than Fight?
Try our 12VDC SPST rocker switches. The rectangular version is for use at 20A and has a green LED in the paddle. Fits a 1-1/8" x 7/16" hole, and the switch itself is 1-1/4" x 1-11/16" x 1" deep, in black, with quick disconnect terminals. From Calterm®, #40343. The Old Switcheroo
Pick from our selection of old standards, all from Gardner-Bender®. The pull-chain switch is rated for 3A at 125VAC and measures 1" x just over 3/4" x 5/8" and comes with 6" leads, 2-1/4" of ball chain, and approx 6 feet of cord. Mounting dia is 13/32". The rotary switch is an SPTT rated for up to 6A at 125VAC for both of the loads it can switch. Measures 1" x 7/8" x 3/8" with a 5/8" x 3/8" dia double flattened shaft. At least that's our story and we're sticking to it. This open-frame 120VAC motor looks to us like it was made for an exhaust or ceiling fan. Draws 600mA no load, stalls at 1.1A, and spins CCW at approx 3200 rpm. The shaft measures 1-1/16" x 7/32" dia, flattened for 7/16", and the whole shebang is 2-7/8" x 2-3/8" x 1-1/2" with (2) 1/8"-30 x 5/16" long mounting bolts opposite the shaft. Intermittent duty. Comes with a 5" power cord with plug. Made in the USA for Broan NuTone. UL/CSA.
