Whyfor classic? Because these are the traditional, 38mm size, not the new 40mm standard adopted by the International Table Tennis Federation in 2000. (You could look it up.) Thermoelectric Demo Unit
Calling all physics teachers: This slick, semiconductor-based unit demonstrates the Peltier effect (conversion of electricity into heat and cold) and the reverse Seebeck effect. Designed to work with a couple of standard foam coffee cups. The unit has a Peltier junction sandwiched between (2) 1-3/4" x approx 7" long aluminum brackets and is connected to a small DC motor with a blade, (2) banana-plug sockets, and a switch between them. Good instructions, despite their spelling Peltier as "Peltire." Made in the U.S. for Pacific Science Supplies, Inc.

Safe Suit
Stylish in a forest commando sort of way, and secure, our N-B-C protective suit is from the UK military. Separate pants and hooded shirt are about a 40 regular, or men's medium, although the pants have a more generous, and expandable, waist. (The Brits say they're for folks 5'10".) Lotsa pockets, tabs, hook-and-loop fasteners, suspenders and zippers, and they're a solid forest green, not OD. Surplus (although unworn) and manufactured in 1992, so no nuclear, biological, or chemical guarantees, OK? On the other hand, where else can you buy a new suit at this price?

Big Dial Tire Gauge
Made to sell to truck/RV owners, but it's just as handy for those of us with cars and eyes that can't read those little hash marks on most gauges. This guy has a big, 2" dia dial face with reading up to 75psi in 1-psi increments, in black letters with a red arrow.
