"Don't Sit So Close To The Set!"
Introducing the world's first electronic mom, the "Vision Mate." Our little (6-1/4" x 4-1/4" x 1-1/2") black box is an infrared-fired signal interrupter that stops the show, or game, when the audience gets too close to the screen. You attach it between the RF input on the TV and the antenna, cable box, videogame, VCR or DVD player. Set the trigger distance from 0 to 6 feet (check with your mom) and the trigger speed from 2 to 6 seconds. Since it works as a motion sensor, it also suggests some interesting possibilities for robotics and other projects. Comes with a wall adapter for power, a 4-foot coaxial cable, and a black metal mounting bracket you can use or ignore.
