Blares (whoop..whoop..whoop) at approx 110 dB, even though its indoor/outdoor beige-painted hinged-front steel housing is only 7" square x 6-1/2" deep. Housing has an adjustable throw on both the door and back to discourage tampering, with breakouts on opposite sides and the back of the housing. The 12VDC horn itself is white plastic, 5" dia x 5-7/8" deep, mounted on a pivotable 3-1/2" x 2-3/4" bracket with 11" leads. The horn slides out of the steel case easily. If you don't need it for the horn, the case would make a good outdoor speaker housing.
