It can be programmed to turn on at any time of day within a single 24 hour cycle, and will automatically shut off (2) hours after turning on. Red LED's show on and the time programmed. We include a spec sheet with programming and hook up directions. 2-1/2" x 2-1/4" x 1-1/2" deep with a white plastic face.
