Every Rafter A Hook
We just love a great idea, and this one rocks for basement, attic or garage storage. Called the Lumb-R-Grip, these are black steel hooks designed to simply slide onto the bottom of a 2x4 (or 2x6, or 2x8, etc.) rafter and then swing down to lock in place. Each will hold up to a 200-pound load. Push the hook up to release and remove. They measure 7" long with about a 3-1/2" opening on the hook. Also have a couple of mounting holes if you want to screw them to the side of a stud. Extremely versatile. Our each is a package of (8).
