Don't grind your teeth in rage! Grind your tools and smooth things out. This quality 1/2 Hp (The box says 3/4 Hp but our tests show closer to 1/2 Hp.) bench grinder with medium and course 6" dia. wheels will do the job. The wheels are shielded. The induction motor is a one phase 1.5 amp, and runs on household current from a 3 ft. cord. The max rpm is 3400, and it uses standard 1/2" arbors. The surplus twist: The paint on the side shields were probably a little tacky when these were packed, so the Styrofoam(r) packing tends to stick very well to them. Nothing a little elbow grease can't fix. A $39.95 item at the local mega home supply store.
