This synthetic orthopedic casting slab (Dynacast® PII Slab) is made for BSN Medical from a combination of polypropylene, polyester and polyurethane resin for constructing soft casts. It’s expired for medical use, but just itching to be used by sculptors and other artists. In a deep cream colored mesh, it’s slightly tacky and approx .025” thick.
