In the lab or kitchen, these clear borosilicate glass mugs have a handle and lip and remind you that science is part of your every day. The smaller 4-1/2" 400mL one has graduations in 50mL increments and the larger 6" 1000mL one in 100mL increments with numeric markings every 100mL or 200mL accordingly; both with more room before you have to worry about spilling. May come with a pour spout on the side opposite the handle which won't affect your beverage consumption but will make it easier to water your favorite house plant. Not intended for serious lab use as the volumes are approximate. Remember to ask for 236.5ml of coffee the next time you visit your favorite diner.

Porcelain mortars and pestles. Great heavy duty mortars, with sides that are easily 5/16" thick on the smaller ones, and up to 1/2" on the larger. The mortars are glazed outside, but rough inside, the better to grind, and have a pouring lip. The business ends of the pestles are unglazed, while the shafts are glazed. Very functional, very good looking!! So grind your own spices, fresh herbs or lab concoctions as you prefer. You get a mortar and pestle as a single order.

Eye dropper, tongue dropper, test tube dropper, petri dish dropper, anywhere dropper. Use this 3" glass dropper, with a rubber squeeze bulb to drop small amounts of liquid wherever you think they should go. You will have to measure by counting drops, though, because there are no markings on it. Also, it is called "3" because that is about how long the glass tube is. Overall, it is 4" long.

This handy 500mL clear glass beaker mug not only proudly proclaims that it's for caffeinated beverages only, but it also has 50mL graduations to let you know just how much you've consumed. The front has the molecular symbol for caffeine, and is labeled as such for the non-chemists out there, while the back has the graduations, from 200-400mL. At 4-3/4" tall x 3-1/2" diameter with lip around the top it's a smidge taller than a normal mug and not intended for serious lab work as the volumes are approximate.

Know any science geeks who love a good cup of Joe? As usual we've got you covered. This 500ml Erlenmeyer flask coffee mug is made of borosilicate glass and is graduated up to 400ml. Has a handy handle and makes a sweet gift for the overcaffeinated.

A great find: sterile plastic petri dishes, 90mm dia x 15mm deep, with a loose fitting lid. Great for growing cultures for your science fair experiments, as individual pancake storage cases or for mixing paint. Our each is (25) dishes and lids in a sealed, sterile package.

This blue plastic test-tube rack measures approx 8" long x 2-1/2" wide x 3-1/4" tall with (6) holes for full tubes, the end ones at 1-1/16" / 27mm dia and the others at 3/4" / 19mm. In front of these are (6) pegs for clean inverted tubes.

You pick small, medium or large borosilicate reagent bottles, all with ground glass stopper. Small is 60ml, 3-5/8" tall x 1-5/8" dia with a 7/8" long neck and a 1/2" ID mouth. Medium is 125ml, 4-3/4" tall x 2-1/8" dia with a 1" tall neck and an 11/16" ID mouth. Large is 250ml, 5-3/8" tall x 2-3/4" dia with a 1" long neck and a nearly 3/4" ID mouth. Made in India.

This funnel looks delicate, but it's borosilicate so heat won't hurt it. The tough little glass funnel has a 75mm (approx 3") ID mouth and an 80mm long neck with a 6mm ID fluted outlet. No markings.

Rejoice, we have finally found a source of reasonably priced borosilicate lab glassware. This is the kind of glass in the trade marked Pyrex(tm) and Kimax(tm) labware. The stuff you can put right over the flame of the Bunsen burner, or directly onto the hot plate. This stuff is imported from China, and is considered student grade, which is good enough for anything but the most exotic applications. We have beakers, test tubes, graduated cylinders and flasks. Compare the prices below and you will see that they are around half the U.S. equivalent. Call us for larger quantity prices.

It looks as though it should be used for administering laudanum! A 30mL, 1-1/4" sq x 3" tall clear glass bottle, it has thick molded sides and a heavy lip: very antique in appearance. It is stoppered with a red(!) rubber stopper which is the squeeze bulb for the glass dropper tube inside. A real eye catcher, but give it a good wash please. It clearly is not sterile.

Hard polypropylene beakers, milky white with a fine pouring spout. No good for flames, but great for low-temp lab applications. Also useful in the kitchen, the garage, or (the big one especially) as a plant watering can.

So we're pricing these borosilicate boiling flasks to move quickly. We've got (3) sizes, all with slightly flattened bottoms, each with a single, discreet, capacity mark in white. While the actual physical size can vary slightly, the volume remains the same. The 1000ml flask is 9-5/8" tall OA x 5-5/8" dia with a 1-5/16" ID mouth, and a lip. Takes a #7 rubber stopper. The 500ml flask is 6-7/8" tall OA x 4-1/8" dia with a 1-3/16" ID mouth, and a lip. Takes a #6-1/2 rubber stopper, but a #7 will work. The 250ml flask is 6-1/8" tall OA x 3-3/8" dia with a 1-1/32" ID mouth, and a lip. Takes a #5-1/2 rubber stopper, but a #6 will do the job.

And a pestle to match. This 900ml, large-capacity mortar and pestle set is made for the lab but would also be proud to serve in your kitchen. (Call it the Guac Pot.) Mortar measures 6-1/4” across x 3-3/4” tall with a 7-1/2” long pestle with a 1-7/8” dia head, big enough to pestle anything into submission.

Polypropylene beakers times five. This  nesting set of beakers, think matryoshka nesting dolls, includes a 50ml (marked in 5ml increments) beaker 2-1/8" tall x 2", a 100ml (5ml incr) 2-3/8" x 2-3/8", a 250ml (10ml incr) 3-7/8" x 3-1/4", a 500ml (10ml incr) 4-5/8"x 4", and a 1000ml (25ml incr) 5-3/4" x 4-7/8", all with lips and pouring spouts. Done with science for the day? Turn them over and stack them like a tower.

From Bomex, this glass filtering flask is 500ml, stands 7" tall x 4-3/16" dia at the base, with a 1-1/16" dia mouth. The flask takes a #9 stopper and a 9mm OD outlet nipple.

You could melt metals in these ceramic crucibles, or you could just line them up and look at them, they're such pure design objects. Not bad as condiment pots, either. You pick the 50ml, measuring 1-3/4" tall x 1-7/8" ID at the top, or the 100ml, 2-1/4" tall x 2-3/8" ID at the top. White, with unglazed bottoms and lips, in an inverted bell shape with a hole for a wire.
