It’s a collapsible Red-Riding-Hoodish dispan/basket for your sink and beyond, with solid gray plastic rim, base and folding picnic-basket style handles, plus silicone sides in fashionable chartreuse. Measures 15" x 11" x 5-5/8" when open but collapses down to just 1-1/2” high for storage. Could also be a very nostalgic shopping basket, dandy for collecting garden vegetables.
