When you place an order or request a catalog from American Science & Surplus we collect your name, address, telephone number, credit card information (only if you place an order) and your e-mail address. How do I unsubscribe from your mailing list (email and/or snail mail)?

Easy! Just click the link at the bottom of any of our marketing emails, contact us by email. info@sciplus.com, or call our toll free customer service line at 888-724-7587 It’s that simple.

If you have a tax exempt letter please reply to your order confirmation email with a copy of the letter.

We will remove the tax, and you will then be set up as tax exempt in our system.

Store checkout is easy as 1-2-3!

3. Then select "Store Curbside Pick-up" and then your store.

If it's not what you thought it was, doesn't do what you expected it to do, won't fit, broke, scared your dog, melted, or if your wife, husband, mother, father, boss, or probation officer won't let you keep it, ship it on back here freight prepaid within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the merchandise price, or a replacement—your choice.
