We’re unsure what this take-out was taken out of, but it’s a 2-1/4” x 1-3/4” PC board with comparator IC (integrated circuit), plus (1) yellow and (4) red LEDs, assorted resistors and a trim pot. Also, red and black leads with inline ring terminals, and a momentary push-button switch.
