TIES & BUCKLES

This clear plastic jar has (650) cable ties inside, (400) at 4” long, (200) at 6” long, and (50) at 8” long. Longest have 40-lb tensile strength; both others have 20-lb. In red, white, blue, green, yellow and black. Red screw cap has a fold-up carrying handle. UL approved, but also approved by electricians, IT folks, fussbudgets and serious organizers.

Eggs comes in sets of a dozen so why shouldn’t molle buckles? Use these (12) always stylish black buckles to make cool paracord bracelets or to fasten something more utilitarian. Each buckle measures 7/16" x 9/16" x 1-1/8" when connected. These buckles go great with our assortment of fun, festive and sturdy paracord.

Neither do we, but we don’t have awnings. You’ll find something else to use these nylon hook-and-loop awning straps for--like keeping your extension cords and small garden hose nice and tidy when you’re not using them. You could also use a strap or two to achieve some sense of order with your computer and entertainment center cables. These jumbo, super-heavy-duty, 3/8" wide cable zip ties have 250-lb tensile strength, and can bundle stuff with a dia anywhere from 2/5" to 12-2/5". We’ll send you a package of (10). Need some zip ties on the smaller side? Here they are. Our standard cable ties from Power Phase® are 4" long, have an (18)-lb capacity and are good to go in temps from -40 to 185 Fahrenheit. They come in natural (white-ish) color, and we’ll send you (100) of them. Use ’em to organize thin cords and wires, or basically any little thing that needs to be bunched up. Also good for arts and crafts, model-making, dioramas and stuff like that.

From Gardner Bender®, these foot-long x 3/8” flexible ties have triangular links that allow them to be, with a little tugging, unzipped for re-use. Rated for 20-lb tensile strength, they can also be strung end-to-end for humongo-bundling. Our each is a pack of (24) ties.

Sometimes an ordinary zip tie just isn’t going to do the job. When you need, for example, to tie your kangaroo down, sport, these monster black nylon ties are the answer. You’ll get a package of (25) ties, each measuring 23” long x 5/16” x 1/16” thick and rated for 176 pounds of tensile strength and temps up to 185 degrees. Will wrap around stuff just shy of 7” dia.

Call ’em what you like—tie wraps, wire ties, zip ties or cable ties—but any which way, they do a heck of a job of bundling up your stuff. These are the gold standard of twist ties, not to be confused with those skinny little suckers that come on all electronic cords in the known universe. These are Gear Ties®, coated in protective, grippy black rubber with heavy rubber tips, 12" long x 1/8" dia (they look sort of like boot laces with match heads on the ends), suitable for indoors or outdoors, reusable veritably ad infinitum, and oh so satisfying to twist and creatively crimp. If you had a 10-foot loaf of bread, these would be the only way to close the plastic bag. They're 34" long x 1/2" dia with flexible metal cores covered by a thick layer of foam that grips tightly. Tie up big tools and cables, make ad hoc hooks, tie down outdoor furniture, organize sports equipment, wrap sails and gear of all sorts (we think they’ll float), or make emergency repairs. In the wine? No, on the narrow strapping. These zinc-plated, spring-loaded cam buckles are 3/4” ID and measure 1-3/8" long x 3/8" thick with a hefty 450-lb capacity, assuming you use the right sort of strap.

No. Ladder locks are those ubiquitous little flat buckles with rungs not unlike ladders. You thread straps through them so they lock but are still easily adjustable. You’ll get (2) per pack, (16) pieces altogether, made for use with 3/4” strapping. Measure 1” x 1-1/2” x 1/4” thick in black plastic.

Don’t expect to enjoy a handful of these with your sandwich—they’re clips, not chips! You’ll get a bag of (12), and when you see how well they work, you might be back for more.
