Remember when people said that? No? Ask your dad. We brought it back because we miss '80s surfer dudes and because it's such a good headline for these metal nesting tubes. All are 12” long with .014” walls. You pick: the set of (8) aluminum tubes in 1/16” through 9/32” outer diameters; the set of (7) copper tubes in 1/16” through 1/4” outer diameters; or the set of (12) brass tubes in 1/16” through 13/32” outer diameters.

Put 'em on a sheet of paper (or glass, or plastic, or any number of things), put a magnet underneath, and watch them do what iron filings do when they meet a magnet. Weird fun coupled with basic physics. Our each is 3/8 oz, which is approx 146 gazillion iron filings, and pure hell to clean up unless you have one of our handy-dandy aforementioned magnets!

Then get these actual horseshoes. These are not those Clydesdale-sized behemoths your grandfather used to toss at iron stakes. These are more like the delicate steel shoes you'd tack onto a filly's feet before the Breeders' Cup. Measure 4-3/4” long x 4-1/2" across x approx 1/4” thick. If your horse gets scratched from the race, just hang one of her shoes above a door for good luck. (Remember to put the tips up and the curved side down. Otherwise, all the luck will fall out and you'll be…out of luck.)

Black neoprene gaskets in a variety of sizes and shapes: loops, hoops and flat. Stretchy, a little dusty, but in good condition. The small round assortment gets you (2) gaskets, approx. 1/2"  dia cross-section, in loops with overall diameters between 1 and 3 feet. The large round assortment gets you approx. 3/4" dia. The Flat assortment is pieces that make loops of 2 to 5 feet dia. The rubber is about 2" x 1-1/2", but the shape varies: could be square, grooved, V-shaped, or something else. Use as is for really big valves, or better yet, chop it down to size. A great way to get cheap rubber materials for your non-critical applications We'll pick the exact dimensions and, in the case of the Flat assortment, the shape you get.

What we have here is the LARGEST neoprene rubber gasket in all the land. It measures 25/32" diameter and is as big as Pat stretched out all the way. (approx. 60" across when relaxed.) What was it for you might ask. We were told for sealing some form of shipping containers. What can you use it for? How about a huge slingshot, super exercise bands, tug of war or you use your imagination. Stamped on the side is PRESS-SEAL GASKET CORP and the numbers MSL78-25/32" NEOPRENE MSD-2/89 for what that's worth. Now go get all gasket-ie.

Can you say bulk buy? These plastic (polyethylene) dip tubes are 129mm long x 8mm OD x 6mm ID with 45-degree offset slices at each end, sold in 7,000-piece cases only. Haven't been in a lab since high school? These are 5.07" x .31" OD and .24" ID and are just screaming for an art or craft project.
