Clear glass, holds 13 ounces and measures approx 5” tall x 3” dia with a 2-1/4” ID mouth and a plastic gasketed brown screw cap. Like a small peanut-butter jar from before they used plastic, which some of us can even remember.
It looks as though it should be used for administering laudanum! A 30mL, 1-1/4" sq x 3" tall clear glass bottle, it has thick molded sides and a heavy lip: very antique in appearance. It is stoppered with a red(!) rubber stopper which is the squeeze bulb for the glass dropper tube inside. A real eye catcher, but give it a good wash please. It clearly is not sterile.
Here's a lotion dispenser with the best of intentions. Easily fillable with whatever lotion or liquid you choose, this empty 30ml frosted-glass bottle stands 4" tall overall x 1-9/16" dia and has a sloping nozzle and a delicate "Body & Soul" logo in script. Ideally, the nozzle is protected from accidental dispensing by the separate slide-off cap, but you may have to line it with a layer of clear tape or nail polish to make it tight enough to trust it in your purse.
