SCREECHING MONKEY SUPERHERO
warning WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD-Small Parts. Not For children under 3yrs.
Look! Up in the sky! It's a screeching flying monkey to the rescue! And at a screechingly low price. Our hero is an 11" long stuffed monkey in assorted colored superhero togs (a cape, and maybe a mask or hood, depending on his sartorial whim). Put two fingers in the little pockets on his paws, pull his bungee arms back, and let him go. He'll fly a good 25 feet or more, issuing hideous monkey screeches all the while, faster than a flying nun and able to brighten up a day in the office in a single bound.

JARVIS RECOMMENDS

Play The Piston Flute
Or the Swanee whistle. Whatever you call it, this little slide whistle (just consider it the smallest trombone in the universe) has an outsized musical history. No elevator has ever fallen in a cartoon without its accompaniment, and no jug band is complete without one, but Louis Armstrong also played one on his Hot Five recordings, and Ravel even required one in an opera score. In assorted plastic colors with a steel slide, 6-7/8" long x 1/2" dia.

Globular Copter
Called a robotic UFO, this flying bot is officially, per our flying toy division, "extremely cool." The 8" dia black wire frame supports a central set of double helicopter blades. Powered by an internal lithium-ion battery, which charges via a USB cable from an infrared dual joystick controller. The controller takes (6) "AA"s that you add. Control range is approx 30 feet and the flight is remarkably stable, but then what UFOs aren't? Has (3) channels, so you can buy a trio and race them.

Back To Basics
It could have been called an Alabama Buzzer after Alabama Vest, the man who invented it. Or a Clegghorn, after Thaddeus Von Clegg, the clock master who fabricated the first one. But the hand-crafted 4-3/4" long steel instrument was a simple amusement, and the 1840s were a simple time. So it's simply a kazoo.
