Can I return items?

Yes. We accept all returns without question and will either refund your purchase price, credit your account or send you a replacement, as you choose. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and the product must be in its original condition in its original packaging. If you have received the item in good condition and it is as described in our write-up we will not pay the return shipping charges. If it is broken, shipped in error or has been misrepresented, we will issue a return label or send a shipper to pick up the package for return shipment and pay the charges. Will you ship outside the US?

Sorry, we are able to ship and mail printed catalogs only to the US, its territories and possessions, and APO or FPO addresses.

What are your shipping charges?

We charge a shipping and handling fee on all orders. Shipments to US destinations outside the contiguous 48 states (AK, HI) must ship via USPS at the Alaska/Hawaii (AK-HI) Rates are shown on the shipping info link at the bottom of the website. We cannot ship outside the contiguous 48 states using regular ground. Please email customer service at or call (888-724-7587) for shipping and handling information on unusual or bulk orders. The costs of any special shipping requests such as Air, Multiple Shipping Addresses, Customer Designated Carrier will be borne by the customer. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.

Most of the items contained in our catalogue and on our website are surplus of one sort or another. As such, we have only a fixed quantity. If our stock of the item you have ordered is exhausted we will refund that portion of your remittance. We add items weekly so check back often!

What is your warranty policy?

Since we have neither manufactured any of the items offered on our site or in our catalog nor purchased them with recourse to warranties by their original manufacturer, we cannot make any warranties or accept any responsibility for their use or misuse beyond our selling price.

Do you have a damaged goods policy?

If you receive a shipment containing items damaged in shipping, please retain the package, including the packing material, and email customer service at or call 888-724-7587 immediately to notify us of the damage. We must file a claim with the shipper and will advise you whether to return the damaged goods. Be sure to include your order number. You can find it on shipping papers or on the shipping label.
