This is kind of like sneaking into the band room in junior high and honking and banging on all of the instruments. Except in this case you can’t get in trouble. You’ll get a steel kazoo, 4-3/4" long; a 4” long, three-octave Hohner harmonica in red, green, blue or yellow (we’ll pick) with a clear vinyl pouch; a 6-7/8” long plastic slide whistle with steel slide; a crank-operated mechanical music box, clear acrylic and measuring 2-1/4" x 2" x 1-1/4" (turning out “Brahms’ Lullaby,” “Row Your Boat” and other classics), and a nice, American-made 3-5/8" long steel jaw harp with playing instructions. Now you just need some bandmates.
You can’t have too many geniuses, we’ve always thought, but it can be hard to find a place to keep them so you’re not tripping over them all the time. The solution is these 3” tall versions. Our each is the Nick, Siggy and Al combo, a trio of smart guys that include Nikola Tesla, Sigmund Freud and Albert Einstein, ready to stand on your desk, or hide in your pocket when you need inspiration. In hard plastic with fine cartooney details, these actually look like the real geniuses.
Or maybe not. Our each is a tiny plastic garbage or recycling wheelie bin for the alley behind your dollhouse. Measure 5-1/2” tall x 2-3/8” square with (2) wheels and a lid. You’ll get a green one for doll trash or a blue one for recycling, because not all dolls are environmentally conscious.
