It will if you buy this unused take-out sound device and speaker. Includes a printed circuit board and a 2” 1/4W speaker mounted inside a 2-1/4” square x 1-1/16” gray plastic box. Includes a (3) “AA” battery box (empty) and power switch on one pair of leads, and a photocell in a brass tube on another because it’s motion sensitive. The sound is officially a dinosaur growl, although some folks here maintain it is quite distinctly a dino belch. A dyspeptic dinosaur is an angry dinosaur, we always say, so it’s a fine line.
Our little solid-state buzzer is a diminutive 9/16" x 3/32" x 1-1/4" but it buzzes along at 8,000 hertz. Rated for 6VDC 20mA, but works fine with as little as 3V. Mounting brackets with holes on the back of the short sides, 4" wire leads. Lotta buzz for the buck.
Pick a piezo. The phone ringer was, unsurprisingly, originally part of a phone ringer, a mounted piezo transducer rated for a nominal 75dB output at 1 KHz. Measures 1-3/4" dia x 9/16" with mounting wings with 1/8" bores. You'll need an external signal to drive. Kyocera part # KBT-44SB-1A.
